At A&D Window Washing, we believe customers should know exactly who they are welcoming onto their property. A&D was started in 2016 by Sam Alsheimer and Michael Doughty with a simple goal: provide dependable, high quality exterior cleaning while treating every property with the same care we would expect at our own homes.

What began as a small window cleaning operation has grown into a full service exterior cleaning company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Maryland. Our services now include professional window cleaning, soft washing, power washing, roof cleaning, skylight cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, epoxy flooring, and seasonal holiday lighting. Our team is made up of trained, experienced professionals who take pride in their work. Every member of the A&D team is expected to communicate clearly, respect the customer's property, pay attention to the details, and make sure the client is satisfied before leaving the job.

Many of our team members come from athletic backgrounds, and we bring that same mindset of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and effort to every project. A&D is fully insured, and our team has completed thousands of services for homeowners throughout the area. We are proud to have earned 350+ five star google reviews from customers who trust us with their homes year after year.

When you schedule with A&D, you are not hiring an unknown subcontractor or wondering who may arrive at your home. You are working with a local team that takes responsibility for the entire customer experience, from your initial estimate through the final walkthrough. Above you can meet the people who will be working on your property.

We look forward to meeting you and taking care of your home.
